How to Install the FanFix App on Android
Here's how to sideload the unofficial FanFix App APK on any Android phone. It takes roughly a minute, and no rooting is involved.

Before you start
- An Android phone or tablet on Android 7.0 or newer.
- Around 20 MB of free storage.
- A FanFix account — or create one once the app is installed.
Install in 5 steps
Download the FanFix App APK
Open the download page and tap Download APK. If Chrome warns that the file could be harmful, choose Download anyway — Chrome flags every APK that doesn't come from Google Play, official or not.
Allow installs from your browser
Android only installs apps from sources you've approved. The first time round, it prompts you when you open the APK: tap Settings, switch on Allow from this source, then tap back. On older devices (Android 7), enable Unknown sources under Settings → Security instead.
Open the downloaded file
Tap the completed download in your notification shade, or open the Files app and head to Downloads. The file is named FanFix.apk.
Install the FanFix App
Tap Install and give it a few seconds. If Google Play Protect offers to scan the app, feel free to let it — then tap Install again.
Open and log in
Tap Open, or find the new icon on your home screen. Log in with your email and password, or with your linked social account. You'll stay signed in the next time you launch it.
Problems and fixes
"App not installed" or "The package conflicts with an existing package"
The download may be incomplete, or another "FanFix" app from a different site is already installed. Remove any other "FanFix" app under Settings → Apps, download the APK fresh from this site, and install again.
"There was a problem parsing the package"
The download didn't finish. Delete the file, check your connection, and download it again. Also confirm your phone runs Android 7.0 or newer.
Nothing happens when I tap the file
Open the APK from the Files app rather than the browser, and check that installs from that app are allowed.
Google sign-in throws an error
Google blocks its login page inside apps. Log in with your email and password, or your linked social account, instead.
The app loads a blank page
Check your internet connection, then close and reopen the app. If FanFix is blocked on your network, it won't load in the app either.
How to update the FanFix App
When a newer build is released, the app pops up an update notice. Tap it to fetch the new APK and install it over the current one — your login stays put. You can also always pull the latest version from the download page.
How to uninstall the FanFix App
Press and hold the app icon, tap Uninstall (or drag it onto Uninstall), and confirm. This logs you out of FanFix on that device. Your actual FanFix account and subscriptions aren't touched.
On an iPhone?
APK files are Android-only. On an iPhone, open fanfix.io in Safari, tap the Share button and pick Add to Home Screen for a comparable shortcut.
